On a Friday night in London, Alec, an enigmatic homeless man, sits across the street from a black-tie party at a posh hotel. A chance occurrence gives Alec the opportunity to enter the high society gathering, where the layers of his personality and his past are revealed to an unsuspecting audience.

Jinx je loš duh ili beznadna situacija. U ovom kratkom plesnom filmu, jinx je jači od dvije zanosne žene koje plešu zadnji ples. Telefon i automobil su jedini rekviziti, usamljena cesta između mora, pijeska i vjetra je lokacija. Svijet izgleda prazan, krajolik je umjetan, elementi bijesne. Kratki, žestoki film u jarkim bojama. Jinx je plod suradnje Karel Doing i plesne skupine Lieber Gorilla iz Rotterdama.

Jinx is a bad spirit or a hopeless situation. In this short dancefilm the inx is stronger then two breathtaking women, dancing their last dance. A telephone and a car are the only attributes, a lonely road between sea, sand and wind is the location. The world seems to be empty, the landschape is artificial, the elements rage. A short, rough film in vivid colours. Jinx is a collaboration of Karel Doing and the Rotterdam based dance-group Lieber Gorilla.
